Two of the buildings will contain dedicated commercial space which can be used for a number of purposes, with offices or retail the most likely use. In total there will be just under 800m2 of such space. If you are interested in taking some of this space, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Planning policies of both the Royal Borough of Greenwich and the Mayor of London contain restrictions on the use of private cars in order to improve air quality and reduce the space taken up by cars. With that in mind, and with the site being only a few minutes walk from Plumstead Station, the site contains parking for three cars. Three of these spaces will be reserved for holders of Blue Badges - two for residents of the new homes and one for users of the commercial buildings.
Residents of the new homes on site will not be eligible for permits to park in local streets, and any application for these permits will be refused. Sufficient capacity exists within the surrounding streets to accommodate anticipated car ownership, which would in any case be expected to be low.
